Ralf was an early adopter of Jet Letter as a project manager at a direct mail firm in 2001.  Prior to that he was a application developer.  Ralf has been supporting Jet letter, then PSL and now PageBuilder since 2002.  It’s hard to imagine a direct mail issue he has not addressed.

Douglas is a one time US Postal Service carrier who brings years of experience with Variable Data Printing as well as digital print workflows. He previously worked with Atlas Software supporting users of PrintShop Mail™. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and is fluent in Spanish
